An active moisture protection that extends the product shelf life.
- Protection against moisture crossdiffusion and high absorption capacity, characterized by its reliable system compatibility when coupled with a broad variety of PE-based liddings in case of coldform, whereby being PVC-free.
- Application: Suitable for coldform blisters and laminate foil, such as Sachets, Strip Packs and Stick Packs.
CONSTANTIA CHILD RESISTANT
Child safety features for lidding and laminate foil – wide choice of standard products that can assist our clients in achieving global CR legal requirements.
- Varied portfolio of CR features: Peelable, Peel&Push, CR F1, Bend&Tear, Push Through, Pinch&Tear, TOF and laser perforation
- Application: Suitable for blister and laminate foils
Alu based products
CONSTANTIA BLISTER
Soft or hard aluminum foil with different thicknesses. One side primer coated for printing and the other side heat-seal coated for sealing with PVC, PVdC, PP.- Good barrier to moisture and oxygen. Heat-seal side in contact with pharmaceutical products manufactured in compliance with the requirements of FDA 21 CFR 175.300.
- Application: Suitable for primary pharmaceutical blister packing products such as tablets, capsules, etc.
The thickness and color of the foil can be adjusted to customers’ requirements.

CHEWING GUM BLISTER
Soft or hard aluminum foil is available in different thicknesses with one side primer coated for printing and the other side heat-seal coated for sealing with PVC, PVDC, or PP.
- Good barrier to moisture and oxygen
- Heat-sealed side in contact with products manufactured in compliance with the requirements of FDA 21 CFR 175.300
- Foil thickness and color adjustable to customer requirements
- Application: suitable for food blister packing products such as candy, chewing gum, etc.
DIE-CUT LIDDING/REEL FED-LIDDING
Soft aluminum foil (35–40 microns thickness) has one side primer coated for printing and the other side heat-seal coated for sealing with a PS or PP cup.
- Good sealing
- Easy to peel off
- Application: ideal packing for yogurt and similar food products
CHOCOLATE FOIL FOR SEASONALS
Aluminum foil (10–12 microns thickness) for wrapping chocolate and cheese is available in various colors.
- Strong protection against flavor loss
- Foil thickness and color adjustable to customer requirements
- Application: suitable for packaging food products such as chocolate, candy, and cheese
